Consultancy

Cerberus Forensic Services provides expertise to the police / law enforcement, legal teams, humanitarian organisations, and governmental bodies in the investigation of surface and buried remains especially those found within complex scenes. We can assist in locating clandestine depositions, designing search strategies, conducting pre-excavation assessments, and ensuring that any recovery follows scientific, legal, and evidential standards.

Our role often includes scene evaluation, non-invasive survey planning (such as geophysical assessment), excavation oversight, skeletal analysis, and expert witness testimony in court. In addition to casework, Cerberus Forensic Services may contribute to policy development, training programs, mass fatality response planning, and human rights investigations. The primary aim is to ensure that evidence is recovered systematically, context is preserved, and interpretations are grounded in rigorous archaeological and anthropological theory and method.

Through workshops, field-based training exercises, guest lectures, and continuing professional development programmes, we are committed to equipping the next generation of specialists with the knowledge, confidence, and ethical awareness required to operate effectively in forensic contexts.
